two personal bad news to note down. & like i say, it's personal, cos no one reading them will be affected. on the previous post i said bout missing Herbie & everything aye. well, the thing is that, that sweet boy who melts many hearts with his good nature lost his battle & passed away on 5 oct. talking about it still brings a stinging pain. & it's surprising how his depature leaves such an impact on me, because i've never seen, touch, hear him before but it just feels like i've known him for years.. it might be a bit insane, but i've read ALL his posts in his blog. (!!) all the way since 2005, & i only started visiting his blog like this year? that's why i feel like i've seen him grow up myself. & when i visited his blog that day, & i saw the title of the topmost post saying, "Bye Bye Herbie", the tears welled up almost immediately. & when his M (his owner) recollected her thoughts on the next post, that sourish feeling was so overwhelming that i weeped non-stop. & the very fact that Herbie's not around anymore was ever so tough to swallow. Herbie's departure made me fear for Nick's, plus that deep down, i know that it will be ten thousand times more difficult for me to move on. i pray that when it comes, it'll be easier to take in...
Bye Herbie.. Another bad news is that, yesterday was my last day of work. which means it'll be up to destiny to gather all of us back together again. fun times were spent, talks were shared, jobs were helped out, but at the end of the day, what is most worth keeping, is the friendships that we've weaved. (: i thank God for all of them.      (tried doing Hannah's standard smile, but errrr. LOL)  me & Han finally took pics AT work. LOL.  (Hactor spoiled the photo with the gap. LOL) *PULLS*  there. BETTER (: (Hactor & Shenzi)  Plus the tall guy, Gao Hua :D &btw, Hactor's not that tall. he tiptoed!  Alvin (with the stupid face) & Gao Hua (who looked forced) :D   the lovely Aunty Lijuan. i love her! it always make me happy at work to see her :D      do you know you always make coming home a lovesome? ain't THAT a nice edited collage?? well, i love it. & that very much equates it all. |
